Nanette Antwi-Donkor is a Senior Associate at ICF with approximately five years of experience in policy/program research and evaluation, and technical assistance. Her areas of expertise include performance measurement, data analysis, research, and program evaluation and implementation. Ms. Antwi-Donkor’s primary research has focused on policies and programs and building the knowledge base of promising programs related to low-income and at-risk populations. Much of Ms. Antwi-Donkor’s recent work has focused on providing technical assistance to healthy marriage and responsible fatherhood grantees with program evaluation design and implementation needs; developing practice products such as toolkits and online training modules; and, assessing the green workforce and educators in the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition, Ms. Antwi-Donkor is a skilled analyst having developed and administered surveys, conducted survey and data analysis, managed data collection activities, drafted research reports, and conducted qualitative research through such modes as structured site visits, interviews and focus groups. Ms. Antwi-Donkor earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Wesleyan College and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
