Don Geletko manages the sales and marketing functions for The BB&T Leadership Institute. Geletko leads a team of professionals in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. He develops and maintains an effective sales management process, including the evaluation of successful engagements, opportunities, budgets and marketing resources for the Leadership Institute.
Geletko joined the Leadership Institute’s legacy firm, Farr Associates, in 2008. Previously, he worked in several sales positions in distribution, manufacturing and financial services. Geletko graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
